Professional Pet Sitters

The dogs clearly had accidents in the house as we found wads or urine-drenched paper towels in the garbage, and stains on the floor where it hadn't been cleaned up well enough. I also found a rug that had a very large urine stain on it. They obviously had not been taken out as frequently as they were supposed to be. There was also an excessive amount of dog food missing. I have attempted to reach out to them but I have not gotten any response. They still have my house key and my account, with them, has a credit balance on it.

Very bad!  I contracted with them to come to my house and take care of my dog while I was out of town.  I have used their service before with no problems.  I filled out the on-line reservation and checked to see that someone was assigned.  I returned home after two days to discover no one had been to my house and my dog had been left without food, water or being let out!  I have tried calling and emailing Professional Pet Sitters to find out what happened and no one has contacted me. It's one thing when a company provides poor service, but for these people who proclaim to love pets to do this, then ignore me is outrageous!  What if I had been gone for more than 2 days? I took a screen shot of my reservation, so I know it was on their schedule.  Do not trust this company with the care of your pets!

Trustworthy group, and I assume they take good care of my dog as he is happy and healthy when I get home.

Jessica (the owner) and one of her associates, Sean, were excellent at caring for my household of furry kids when my family went away for four days. Jessica was very responsive to phone calls and text messages, and arranged for a meet and greet with me last minute to assess my needs for an overnight dog and cat stay the week before we were leaving. She thoughtfully chose a sitter who would be able to handle my large dog on leash for the four walks a day he was used to and stay at our home. Sean was very good at updating us how our pup was doing while we were away and even sent pictures showing him having a great time. We returned home to a clean, cool house but most importantly our very happy and well-cared for pets. I will definitely be recommending Jessica, Sean and this company to any and all family and friends looking for reliable, trustworthy pet sitting. We will certainly be using them in the future! 

We had a great experience with Jessica and Mimi.  We have always enlisted friends to help us take care of our cats but when we were planning a 2 week trip for our honeymoon we decided to use a professional service instead and we are glad that we did.  
Mimi emailed us after the first time she stopped by our apartment and mentioned that she had not seen one of the cats.  It turned out that the cat had somehow climbed down behind the washing machine and had gotten herself stuck there.  Even though Mimi had already been to see them that day, she made a second trip back to make sure the cat was able to get out from behind the machine (which she was).  Either way, it was very nice of her to make a second trip to check on them.
Jessica and Mimi were very friendly and professional, and most importantly they took great care of our cats.   We will definitely use them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to any friends who need pet sitters.

Cat was well taken care of; I did not need to worry.  Very responsible service.

Dog walking.

These people started out OK but then violated every trust I had.  When they house sat, they ate my food, drank my beer and didn't replace any of it nor acknowledge it until  I confronted them.  I still let them walk my dog but yesterday I find out that they were not walking my dog but letting her out in the yard instead.  They are untrustworthy.  Do not use them!

This was better than I ever expected.  One dog has an illiness that requires 5 medications and 2 medication sessions a day with a complex schedule of when each is given.  Jessica was familiar with my dogs illness and experienced with giving medications.  My biggest concern was that the sick dog doesn't always want to eat and I have had to spoon feed her for the previous 2 weeks.  When I got home she was eating food off her plate immediately and with no prompting.  THIS IS HUGE.  She even washed their dirty dishes when I was happy just to have them put in the dishwasher for later.  She knew I was a nervous wreck about how the dogs would behave for her and she called me after the first visit to update me on the session.  This wasn't planned.  She just read me and did it.  She doesn't just take care of animals; she takes care of their owners too.  I could not be any happier!!!

They were really good about going down to the basement to make sure our sump pump was not flooding due to all the rain while they were watching the dogs.

It's a last minute request, but they accommodated me right away.  Alex was so nice and attentive.  He updated me how the dogs were doing by text.  I was so relieved to know they were doing well while I was away.  I will definitely recommend their service to anyone.

It went great!  Usually when I get home my dog is a wreck and won't leave my side for anything.  However, he acted like we just got back from the grocery store.  He was totally fine.  The plants had been watered diligently, the mail was inside, and everything looked just fine.
I emailed Kramers twice with questions or comments and received a reply within 20 minutes each time, even though once it was after 10 pm.  Alex seemed super nice, my dog immediately liked him, he asked good questions, and seemed very comfortable with my endless stream of information.

There was a bit of confusion in the beginning but once we got the communication figured out it's been great.

I called them a week before my vacation; and I was aware that I should have called earlier. In spite of my short notice, they were very understanding and gave me an interview date. When I met the pet sitter prior to the start of my vacation, I was happy to learn that she lived in my neighborhood. She was calm and cheerful and put my nerves at ease. When I got home, everything was in good order. The pet sitter even left me a hand written not of how things went. The online payment option is very convenient. Also, they have you fill out your pets profile on their web site. The profile is thorough from your pets appearance to any medication they need.

I work in the city and after my last child moved out I was in a quandary of how I was going to deal with my 2 dogs who were going to be left alone for 12-14 hours. I found Jess on Angie's List. She had a coupon offer going at the time.Jess and her team have been providing dog walking services to my 2 dogs 2 times per day for a year. They exceeded my expectations from day one. They are reasonably priced, very responsive and flexible to last minute changes. The folks are friendly and very professional. Most important-my dogs love them. I have recommended them to friends who have also been delighted.

Our experience was fantatic. We were immediately given a quote for the service, which was incredibly reasonable. We were told that Scott would be our pet sitter and would contact us to set up a meet and greet. He contacted us within two days (multiple weeks before our vacation) to schedule a meet and greet. When he came over, he was friendly and professional - walking us through the service and asking questions to ensure that our dog remained on her regular schedule. Before we left, I had requested that he send me an email every day with updates on our baby - even though he had offered to only contact in case of emergency so that we could enjoy our vacation. On my request, Scott emailed me every night so  I could read the update each morning when I checked my email. He and our doggy got along great, and was overly diligent with her care. When we returned home, the house was spotless and he had left a note with updates on food and bathroom times. Overall, I could not go on enough about how pleased we are. We are a tad overprotective about pets, and I'm so glad to now have a trusted friend in pet care for the next time we go on vacation.

Wonderful people. Very professional and great with our dog. Peaches does not like the cold, but Jessica's team got her outside and gave her a wonderful experience of a walk each night for 2 weeks. I discovered Kramer's through a "Big Deal" and am very glad I did. They made things so much easier for us during a difficult time. I would definitely contact them again. They go above and beyond for their clients.

Since I only have one cat, an anti-social one at that, I asked Jessica to stop by every other day while I was gone to make sure the litter was scooped etc. Everything went well - and even though Penny was in hiding, Jessica looked for her to make sure nothing was amiss, brought in my mail and looked around for any potential "presents" my cat might leave (thankfully none). She had pet-sitted for a couple of co-workers and they always had positive things to say about her so I knew my cat would be in good hands. Thanks Jessica!

Lily just LOVED Jessica and we were both extremely pleased with the services. My goal was to keep Lily from being a couch potatoe all day long when she was home alone. Jessica was extremely professional and even left behind a "Post-It Note" on the kitchen counter to describe her Lily experience. Thank you Jessica and Kramer's Pet Sitting. Job well done

Jessica is like a member of the family. She is completely trustworthy and has been walking my dog and house sitting for me for years. About a dozen of my friends and neighbors use Jessica's services and I have NEVER heard anything but rave reviews.
