They did a good job. They are really good. Yes, I would use them again. It took them an hour to get the work done. Four people came out to do the work. They cleaned it all up.

Sorry but this place is a complete rip. First the "showroom" experience was pretty funny. Once I went and looked around and no one ever asked me if I wanted help. There always seemed to be people who looked maybe more well-heeled than me to wait on. I kept waiting. Finally I started just pulling a bunch of stuff onto the floor to compare and finally after about 7 minutes someone said, "is there something I can HELP you with" ...yes! I said. At last I got a guy who had his own desk but was about what you'd expect from a carpet/flooring salesman. He was nice enough and when I said i wanted to some low cost flooring since I'm going to rehab the house in a year or two anyhow he pretty much lost interest. Eventually he sold me something that was low cost BUT as soon as the installer finished installing it, he turned to me and said "don't get it wet - if it gets wet, wipe it up IMMEDIATELY or it will blister"---WHAT? - someone sold me flooring for a kitchen that shouldn't get wet?? He KNEW I had a dog (with a water bowl)!! Insane...
And sure enough, if water stands on it for more than about 10 minutes, the seams blister. It looks like absolute CRAP. I would happily have spent another 400 dollars to get something that actually BELONGS in a kitchen!
Installers were fine - did an OK job but the only reason you'd think to go there is to look at the samples and maybe for some sage advice. I got NONE...My advice? - DON'T go here!

"As a business owner, it is always disappointing when we haven't met our customer's expectations and for that we are truly sorry. As soon as this review was posted we looked back in our records to see where we fell short. We are not perfect and therefore we are always trying to find ways to improve our quality of service. However, we can not help a customer that doesn't let us know they need help or doesn't want our help. This customer had purchased from us in the Fall of 2012, not March of 2013 as stated in her review. It has been almost 2 years since we installed her flooring. We have no record of her ever calling to let us know she was unhappy. Instead of calling us directly to help her, she decided to go to social media 2 years later to post her unhappiness. . We called the customer after seeing her post and confirmed with her the fact that she did not call her salesperson or our installation office to solve her water complaints. A simple drip tray or placemat under the dog bowl would have solved her water issue. There is no floor that should ever have water sitting on it for an extended period of time. We have offered to come out to her home free of charge to replace her floor boards but she is not interested in our offer to help her."

Luna Deerfield's installation is guaranteed and the carpet is extremely high quality. They have a huge selection of flooring. They are very helpful with colors and if you know what you want they will point you in the right direction. Luna was accommodating with my schedule for the installation, they care about the quality of installation, they were prompt, and their work is superior.
