We ordered a few things from them for Christmas on 11/7/12 and the shipping box along with the item boxes were smashed and ripped open and not return label, catalog, or bill was in there. My UPS driver said the warehouse is at fault and it was like that when he picked it up from them. He said make sure items were okay and to report it. Took 3 weeks for company to email me back after I requested total amount due. No amount given. We made another order and our stuff was okay except a wrong item. We ordered a santa light, but we got a snowman light. On 1-16-12 I go a call saying I owe the $54.00 late fee after we paid them off some months ago.
