Lester (Leczek) came out to look at the work his contractors had done in 2009, which has completely eroded away in the interim. This initially cost us upwards of $30,000 and was intended as a long-term investment.
Clearly, the mortar mixture LK Precision used was not mixed properly. Lester did not take any responsibility, repeatedly asserting that no tuckpointing company would give a warranty for their work beyond one year (!).
Ultimately, we were very dissatisfied with LK Precision and will never use them again.

Everything went well. Initially, was difficult to get/schedule an appointment. There was a small problem with mistaken insurance information, but that was resolved. Overall, though, the treatment with Dr Roe was worth it.

Immediate response and quote. Work done several days later. Even cheaper than quote as he found the matching brick without having to purchase a sheet if it. He was easy to work with, everything was great. He asked for no money until he job was done right! He was also 1/3 of the other quoted price. Highly recommend.

Took one week from time first contacted them until work completed. We were pleased with the care they took to remove the sills and then reset them.

This was a pretty small job as brickwork goes. They did an excellent job. Lester explained that they installed weep holes at the bottom and flashing under the top cap--things I wouldn't have thought of. They used tarps to protect the patio and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. The only non-positive comment I can make is that I would have appreciated a call ahead telling me which day they were coming.

They did a good job with the chimney and cleaned everything up when finished. I asked them to take care of a few other spots where mortar was missing and they did for a few dollars extra. Otherwise the cost was as proposed. I was happy to get the work done before the start of winter heating season.

They did a great job overall. The arch repair took longer than I anticipated. This was due partly to weather, and to ensure that the mortar had adequate time to set.

I asked a colleague for a recommendation for a tuckpointer. He immediately gave me the name of LK Precision and was effusive in his praise! He had an addition built onto his 60 year old home, and he described the care and artistry of the owner who found old bricks that matched his house perfectly. He was completely happy with this work.

So, I called L.K. Precision and the owner came out to look at my home and promptly gave me an estimate. The work had to be postponed due to cold temperatures, but as soon as the weather improved, we were back in touch. The work was done quickly and professionally. The premises was cleaned up so well that one would never have guessed so much work had been done! I would certainly use this company again myself, and would most highly recommend them to even my closest friends.

This job went very well. They were very responsive with every question we had. Lester, the owner, was happy to answer everything and make sure we understood what was to take place once the job got started. The guys were always available, and did a fine job staying committed till the end. For all the work that was done, we were very happy with the price and the results. I would highly recommend this company and would use them in the future if needed.

At first I was happy. My house is 111 years old and has a brick foundation. They tuckpointed and replaced a few bricks at ground level. They also covered over three areas where the cement slurry had chipped away from the bricks at ground level. They did not want to come back after the tuckpointed bricks dried. I wanted them to come back and put the slurry over those bricks. They said it wasn't part of the estimate. They said I would have to take it up with the general contractor I had hired. Then they said that they would come but it would cost me more. I agreed. At that point, I had not made the final payment. They sent someone who covered the tuckpointed bricks. When I got the final bill, they had not charged me for the second visit. Now, 16 months later, the area they came back and did the second time is bubbling and falling off. Another area where they covered the bricks has a two foot crack. It is in the top cement coat right at ground level. I'm afraid to look any closer at it. When I originally had the work done, it was preventive and cosmetic. Now this area was much worse. I'm worried I now have a real foundation problem.

The work done was great. The cost was less than two other quotes I had. Once I received the quote, I had to call them back twice to talk to someone but once we agreed to do the work, they were great. Very responsive, did a good job and cleaned everything up.

I contacted four tuck pointing contractors and Lester gave me the best price. I was also most comfortable with his explanations to my questions. After I had already received quotes from the contractors I got from Angie's List, I asked a friend who owns and manages several brick apartment buildings if he could recommended a tuck pointing contractor and he told me he had a great contractor whose work he has been very happy with: coincidentally, L.K. Precision. That sealed the deal and I hired them for the job. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Lester was either present at the start to coordinate the efforts of his crew or worked alongside them each of the three days they were on the job. He or his foreman were very easy to work with and complied with all my requests. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and made sure to check with me before leaving to make sure I approved the work performed. deal with contractors regularly in my job as a facilities maintenance manager for a 1,000,000 sq ft warehouse and I can honestly say that L.K. Precision is one of the better companies I've hired. I will recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work.

I wasn t in too big of a hurry to get the work done, but I did want to get it done. It took a while to get the work done, I m guessing because they had to find the right brick to match my house, but once the brick was found, he was here in no time flat and he had the three guys working. Lester is the owner and they did such a beautiful job. I can t have wanted better. It looks like brand new brick. They lined it back up again where it was out of alignment before and there is not a crack to be seen so they really did a beautiful job. I would definitely get them to do work again. I would recommend them to anyone.

The project went smoothly. The estimate seemed fair and the crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. The work was very good and they had the appropriate equipment to remove the old masonry and properly re-point the entry. The new work matched the existing masonry very well.

The cost was comparable to 3 other quotes. My experience was fantastic. Kashia was very responsive via telephone and kept me informed of when they would start the job. Once they started (which was when they said they would), it went very quickly. The work they did was absolutely beautiful. Not at all sloppy with the grout like some tuckpointing jobs that I've seen. They were very neat by cleaning up at the end of each day and very careful around my fully landscaped yard. I would recommend them unconditionally.
