DAN WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY FRIENDLY. ONCE HE WAS DONE, WITHIN A DAY I RECEIVED A LARGE PAGE PACKET OF DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING THE INSPECTION INCLUDING THE DIGITAL PICS!! IT WAS CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDABLE AND GREAT!
