They worked WITH us to make this kitchen remodel a pleasure. They also did our 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and floors. Their team worked here every day â no delays to work on other jobs. They finished on schedule and on budget. They left things clean and tidy every day. Their work is exceptional down to the smallest detail. We kept our existing appliances and they made it easy for us to continue using them during the work. When they brought in a plumber and electrician, Hermann Remodeling was on site, supervising. We never needed to handle any of that. We had complete freedom of choice regarding where to purchase cabinets, flooring, etc. We asked for recommendations that would be affordable and good quality. The vendors they recommended were all extremely helpful and reasonably priced. Once we selected the materials, Hermann Remodeling handled all the delivery. They were always friendly and respectful of our time and space, I wish we had more work for them, but thanks to them, our condo is perfect now!

Joe, Todd and Carlos did an excellent, quick, clean job on bathroom (tile, sink, toilet) which included installing an air vent through our roof. We would hire them again and also recommend them.

They did a great job in remodeling my old kitchen. Very professional, came on time every morning and finished the job in time frame expected. Todd worked with me on picking out cabinets and a counter top, explained the difference in materials and offered suggestions in design. My kitchen looks great!

We hired Hermann Remodeling to completely gut and redo our guest/half bathroom. They were great! Super easy to work with from quote to finish. They had good ideas when they first came out to give us an estimate and then we shopped for pieces together. They were able to start our job a little sooner than planned and were completely done in 2.5 days! They were courteous and very neat (considering demo work!), which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend these professionals for any work you need done!

Detail: Hermann Remodeling was the first to respond to my request on Home Advisor, promptly scoped the job and was the first to submit a bid. I received a subsequent bid from a competitor at a lower price; but because I was so impressed by Hermann's promptness and honest demeanor (he told me they do one job at a time and don't bid on more work than they can handle), I gave Hermann the chance to compete with the lower bid. I have had enough experience with contractors to avoid the hassle of dealing with a low-ball bid and no-show. Hermann reduced his price (not all the way to the lowest bid -- but within spitting distance). I had a hunch that while Hermann might not be the cheapest, it would be high quality work, done on time. My hunch was right on. Highly recommend them.

We recently contracted with Hermann Remodeling to repair some exterior damage to our house. We had had other contractors give us quotes, but were not impressed with any of them. We found Hermann Remodeling on Home Advisor and thought we���d try one more and we are we glad we did. Joe Hermann came and assessed the damage, told us it was no big deal and that they could get the work done within two days. All we needed were a couple of days with no rain. When those couple of days finally came, the work was done painstakingly, faster than anticipated, and within their quote. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all their mess afterwards. We would highly recommend using them for any remodeling, repair or painting work.

Todd and Joe are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helped me beyond the framework of the job.
