Plumbing
Serguei happened to be in the neighborhood when I first contacted him. He was at my home within 20 minutes of my initial phone call. He took the shower apart and discovered rust build up and a broken piece in the valve. This was all happening at about 7pm so there was no way he could get the part that night. Within 36 hours, Serguei was back with the part, installed and out in 15 minutes. Our shower works better than it ever has before. Serguei was excellent at communicating the problem and explaining the next steps. He met every expectation he set and his price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have hired Gravity Plumbing and there's no question that they will be my first phone call the next time I need plumbing assistance. Thank you for making it so easy!
