EFIM PRESMAN CONSTRUCTION INC

I had a contract for this that included blue stone for the face of the wall. They put up yellow stone and would not change per the contract. The worse thing he did was put a sump pump in wrong that resulted in a flood in my yard. He had not connected the sump pump to the pipes in the yard. He also put in the wrong value that could have caused severe problems. At my expense I had to have the entire yard dug up to correct this problem. In addition, he did not track the electric lines or the cable/telephone lines. I lost my telephone for three weeks, three times. We also had a satelite that they knock down with thier excavating equipment. They left an abandoned car in my lot for two months just to annoy me. They also destroyed my garden that had been there for thirty years. I lost over 500 plants due to their carelessness. They left debris everywhere on our property. I also had a garden wall around my porch that went two feet around the porch. I wanted a cement wall here and advised him what level we wanted. He did not do it to our specifications so I have had to tear this down and start over.
