Nina and her staff have been great. They work with my changing schedule, and it's never too much trouble for Nina to meet my needs, Everyone is very polite and friendly, and take great pride in their work. Anytime I add or change something from their regular routine, I only have to request the change once. Excellent value.

Did not clean the master shower, left toothpaste on the counter in guest bath and accidentally turned on the oven and left it on. Also I was told one cleaner would speak English and neither did. Could not find location and came 30 minutes late. I would not recommend

Nina and her team have been cleaning my house since the past 5 years. They always leave my house looking impeccable and listen and improve upon anything that needs a little more attention. They are honest, reliable and hard working. They try to accommodate any schedule change requests. I don't have to worry about whether they will turn up or not. They leave me happy every time they clean my house and i would definitely recommend them.

She got there at 4:00 and left at 4:22. They promised they would come back and finish and did not. I fired them because her only response was "I'll do better next time".

"Dear Howard, I think you got a little confused. You forgot to wright that you didn't pay my company for last 2 Cleaning we did for you. You did start to complain after you realized that there was no money on your account and previous payment check got back to me from the bank for insufficient funds on the account. To get out of your house in 22 minutes is something impossible. I did call you on the cell phone to ask about the check by the time then the girls where finishing the cleaning and you even didn't know we where in the house. You told me you don't want us to clean that day and where surprised that we are inside. You did wright me next empty check from the same account with the insufficient funds on it and forgot to say THANK YOU FOR FREE WORK GIRLS. I realy hope one day someone will make you pay for everything."
