Fantastic! Bob was very professional and thorough. I really appreciated his way of conveying what was most important as no home is perfect. He also was very helpful at teaching me what is actually considered as problems by the real estate folks, i.e. normal wear and tear like the driveway is not usually arguable. I came away feeling educated and comfortable with my purchase. Thanks Bob!
