They are fantastic. My entire family goes there. In fact, a cousin of mine drives about 30 minutes just to come and see them. They used to be right in downtown Deerfield and when downtown Deerfield was kind of re-coned, they got kind of pushed in this corner so they rely on word-of-mouth, but they are absolutely fantastic. They are honest. Everything is good.

We have been going to them for twenty five, thirty years. They are reasonable, they are meticulous and, if there's a problem they take care of it. We have sent other people to them and they still go to them. They're good people.

They were very responsive. I called in the monring thinking I had to have car towed as we couldn't start. Tow truck driver was able to start and drove it over at about 1:00PM. Care was repaired and home by 5:30. I appreciate the prompt response as it was a friday afternoon and having my car available for the weeked was wonderful.

They are very quick and their price is better than other places I have gone...my car needs special oil and costs more, so this garage is my very best bet, I have found. Very good service.

They did a good job and got the car running. They did what I asked them to do, but the car had more electronic issues that they did not uncover; I intend to take it to someone else that is more specialized in and is an expert on BMWs. They were pretty knowledgeable on basic stuff but did not have more in-depth knowledge on my BMW. They were good value for what I asked them to do. They did the work in a very timely manner; it took them about three days. They were not overly customer service oriented; they were a little gruff. They seemed to be reasonably priced. I compared them with another provider, and they were less expensive. They were very good on price actually. I would probably use them again in the future depending on the nature of the problem; if I thought it was a run-of-the-mill mechanical problem, I would take it to them, but if it was a more technical problem, I probably would not.

Speedy tire service. I called the previous week and pre-ordered my tires, then came in for installation in the morning before work. Less than an hour of waiting. Their price was very competitive and they were friendly. I'd use them again.

Mike and his workers did a superb job and was very prompt.... This is about the 4 time I have had my Camry worked on there.. As always the work deserves an A+.. Charlie Van Eeckhout Deerfield, Ill.

There was nothing bad. They were good communicators. They identified what was wrong and fixed it. They run a business. They looked for the problem I had and charged a fair price for it.

The auto service company is very affordable and very honest. Their charges for any repair work are very reasonable when compared to the outrageous prices quoted by the dealer. They inform me if I don't need to get something fixed yet. They answer my questions if I call them. They gave me a free vehicle check-over. Sometimes they don’t call me back when my car is ready, but I just call them anyway.
