I feel like Phil is fair and straightforward. I just trust him. My first impression of the company and of Phil was that he was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He comes highly recommended so I got him based on a recommendation.

The best thing about it is that it is a good value I think. In the past, the gentleman that comes to our house seems always nice and takes care of everything at a reasonable price.

The person who came was a very personable man. His name is Bill. He owns the company. He is not only good but honest and comes when he says he will. He does everything that you would like a contractor to do.

Everything went fine. I have used them for quite a while. He came and diagnosed the problem and had to go find a motor and then came back and installed it. He is very reliable. He will try and get to me as quickly as possible when I have a problem. I would definitely use them again in the future.

He is very honest and won't sell you more than you need. I have them come out twice a year and have never needed anything replaced except my humidifier. He is very responsive.
