They are very good and very expensive.  The job is happening as we speak.  The provider that Angie's List sent us to had the chairs and the fabric, so we don't know if we liked them or not.  I just bought the fabric from them as I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else in the world.  My experience of buying the fabric was very nice.  They have a very wide variety of different fabrics.

About 3 weeks after we'd confirmed our order (4 grommet drapes, and 5 cordless woven wood shades), Calico called to inform us that CORDLESS woven wood shades would not work for our size windows. The interior designer that we'd paid to have come to our house had told us about the cordless shade, and that's what we wanted. Unfortunately, we were now told we had to have cords. We were also told that our order would take 6-8 weeks. 6-8 weeks went by and no one called. I called the store several times for an update (beginning at week 7), and each time was just told that our order wasn't in yet. No one could tell me exactly when the shades would arrive, though. Finally, the shades came in and were installed, about 10 weeks from when we ordered them. One of the shades (the largest) had a large seam right in the middle of the window. The interior designer told us that it was necessary and there was nothing they could do. We had a number of other issues along the way, so I finally called the manager to fill her in on our issues. She was initially very responsive, and came out to our house to see the shade. She determined that the shade could be re-made with the seam in a less visible place (lower third of the shade instead of top third). In the meantime, one of the shade mechanisms broke (on another shade). The installer was very nice, and came out promptly to fix the shade. He also installed the new shade with the improved seam-line. Since that time, the (same) shade mechanism broke again. I called the store on a Friday and was told that they'd get back to me later that day or Monday to let me know if they had the part needed to fix it again. I called on Monday to ask whether they'd had a chance to speak to the installer and look for the part. They said "no, either later today or tomorrow." When I still didn't hear anything by Wednesday afternoon, I called again. This time, I was able to set up a time for the installer to come to our house and at least take a look at the shade. He came promptly on Thursday afternoon and fixed the shade. Overall, the store has been responsive to our issues (remade the middle shade with improved seam-line, and fixed the shade that broke twice), but only with us pushing and constantly calling. They are not proactive in calling when they say they will. They are not on top of the problems and have not offered to do anything proactive, to prevent future issues. Additionally, I had a couple of conversations with the interior designer along the way, where I felt that she was very unprofessional and not at all customer-service oriented.
