They did very good job and I love them.

excellent; They were hired for work at my elderly mother's home in Buffalo Grove; The 2 workers could not have been nicer or more professional! They even took the branches from the yard that came down in a previous storm with them so she wouldn't have to look at them until the village came to pick them up. They were neat, spread the extra dirt under a nearby tree and rolled up the grass and put it back in place like you would sod. The office response was refreshingly fast to any questions or concerns. They cost a little more than other estimates but the service was well worth it. We've used them before for smaller indoor jobs and have been equally pleased.

I used BMW to repair a break in my exterior sewer line. The cost with BMW was less the half the cost bid by two other plumbing contractors. BMW showed up on time, finished the work on schedule, and did an extraordinary neat, and clean job with minimal damage to my landscaping around the excavation. They were a pleasure to work with AND sent a box of brownies to thank us for the business.

Ed the Plumber was terrific. He called early in the day to give an approximate time and then again when he was on his way to our home. He quickly observed we needed a new toilet handle which he installed. Then, he checked the apparatus inside to make sure all the parts worked well. Ed then installed a new pop-up that needed replacing. He explained to me that the pop-up is part of an overall apparatus that goes through the sink and attaches to the pipe underneath. After the installation, he checked for possible leaks. Ed cleaned both areas before leaving. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Our toilet would not fill so my wife called the plumber. After assessing the problem, the plumber told my wife that there was a blockage and that a part would need to be replaced. He quoted $354 to fix the toilet, to which my wife agreed. He then proceeded to replace the Fill Valve. The entire job took him about 45 minutes. When my wife informed me what work he had done, I asked the plumber how it could cost that amount of money. I told him that we had had another Fill Valve replaced by a different company about 6 weeks prior to that and the cost was $120. He argued that that was their rate and that my wife had agreed to the work. After I voiced my displeasure at being ripped off, he agreed to waive the service visit fee of $45-00. So to replace a $7-00 fill valve that took him 45 minutes to do cost me $309. That is two and half times the price I had paid a different company a few weeks prior to this.

BMW Plumbing came out saw what we needed done suggested a better toilet than the one we bought from Home Depot, and gave us an estimate. We called another Plumber but decided that afternoon on BMW. Lou was our plumber. He was so pleasant, polite and just fun to have around. He worked so hard and finished 3 of the 4 jobs. Another plumber came and fixed one of the leaks. But Lou fixed 3 of the 4 jobs with out stopping. He and the other plumber did an excellent job. They cleaned up after their work. This is a great company. We highly recommend BMW Plumbing. In a nutshell, the plumber left me with more problems than I had before he got there. He uninstalled one toilet to re-set it, but told me I'd have to get a tile cutter in to cut a bigger hole around the floor drain. Then said I'd have to get the proper hardware to install the tank because the contractor used the wrong bolts. In the kitchen, he said I needed to have the electrician in first because he couldn't figure out how to turn the electricity off to install the dishwasher and said he'd have to turn the dishwasher upside down to do something - can't remember what, but I've had several d/w installed and they've never needed to be turned upside down. He didn't get the garbage disposal going either. Wasn't familiar with my sink so I had to look up instructions on the Internet and send them to him. When he left the dishwasher was sitting in the middle of the kitchen and the powder room toilet was in pieces on the bathroom floor. To top it off, the plumber damaged a shelf in the bathroom and didn't have the guts to tell me. He left it in the corner of the bathroom for me to find after her left. I used BMW 20 years ago (before they changed hands) with great satisfaction, but will never use them again.
By the way, the plumber I hired to finish the job actually brought a tile cutter with him, didn't need an electrician do anything and was able to install the dishwasher without turning it upside down. He and his partner did a great job and took care to clean up after themselves. And didn't step out for smoke breaks, either.

lCame back from vacation to find a small leak from our overhead PVC sewer line.  Called BMW on Monday afternoon and Tom happened to be in the area for an assessment.  He showed up about 20 minutes later and promptly put on boot covers and agreed that the PVC joint was leaking.  He also noted that the line was pitched improperly but we've been in the house for almost 20 years without a problem. 
Tom scheduled the work for the next day and arrived promptly at 1:30 as scheduled and got right to work.  After we moved the stuff in the way, it took about 1 1/2 hours to take care of the problem and everything was good.
Tom was a really nice personable person who was a great representative for the company.  He also was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. 
Being an Angie's list provider myself, I know how important your employees are and Tom is a great person and the company is very well run.

On Friday night before the Memorial Day weekend I discovered my hot water heater had sprung a small leak.  I mopped up the small amount of water on the floor and turned off the hot water heater.  On the following morning at 8 am I called BMW Plumbing and talked to Mike.  Ten minutes later he called me back and told me that a serviceman would be there at 9:30 to install a new hot water heater.  The serviceman, Dan, called on the way to my house and arrived about 9:40.  By noon he had removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one.  He was very professional, courteous, and efficient.
I recommend BMW Plumbing highly.

They came quickly. They resolved the problem.

I called BMW at 7am because my sump pump was sounding a warning alarm. Thank god there was no flooding.
I talked to Mike and he arranged for somebody to visit my home today before the long holiday weekend which was a major concern of mine.
There service technician, Ed was dispatched 1 hour early (Mike called me an asked if that was OK). He arrived @ 9:50am and before 10:50am my new sump pump was installed.
