Due to the installation issues and the unusual nature of our project, we talked to a number of contractors and eventually proceeded with Artec.  Arthur and his crew were excellent.  They took a lot of care to protect the house during the project, arrived promptly each day, and communicated well.  The project required a lot of custom woodworking and they took the time to do it carefully and correctly, even though it ended up taking a few days longer than expected as you never really know what you're getting into untilyou actually do it.  Overall, they did a really nice job -- the final product looks great and we are very pleased with the work.   We will definitely use them again for future projects,

They were really good.  They're always very professional.  He says he only wants to work with nice people.  He says if he's treated well then he'll treat you well in return.
