"Thank you! I'm happy to hear you appreciate my devotion to details and the craft."
"Thanks for taking time to write a review of my customer service!"
"A review of hostile personal attacks on someone seems inappropriate. Client insisted their remodel done without Village permits for plumbing, concrete, or electrical. I could lose my license for that. Client received excellent work completed on time fort a fair price. Since 2007, 750+ successful wiring jobs with happy clients and 5-star reviews. A+ rating at BBB. "A" reviews on Angie's List. 5-star reviews on Google. Various Village Awards for superior customer service. My offer to honor their post-job requests was met with hostility and contempt toward me, the one who completed their difficult project at a fair price and without delay but still received 1 star. No faulty work was done. Off-permit concrete and plumbing contractors damaged my work afterwards. Client wants electrical wiring done in a 3.5-foot-high crawlspace with several inches of standing water!"
