Romer Brothers Tree Svc

Romer Bros crew came when they said they would and removed the two trees in one day. Later they came back and cut/ground the two stumps down to below grade. Very professional crew, would definitely hire again.

Romer Brothers is the BEST. They are true professionals and I always feel confident that the job will be performed safely and efficiently for a fair price. It's never worth the risk to do your own tree work- worth every penny!

Called to verify tree injections were a service they offered.  Within 30 mins a gentleman was out to look at the trees.  We agreed on the service and within an hour another gentleman arrived to complete the work.  Great communication and prompt service.

One of the Romers came out fairly quickly to give us a quote.  There was a bit of a delay actually getting the job scheduled, but the crew that came out to cut the tree down was efficient and courteous.  They took the tree down in approximately 15 minutes, and then the stump was ground down, the next day.  
They didn't leave much debris, at all.  Many of our neighbors didn't realize the tree was gone, for days.

Great!  They dispatched a three person crew.  They quickly got to work after verifying what had been quoted.  This group was fast and efficient.  They did a great job of cleaning up as they went.  Overall positive experience.

A team of three arrived, scoped out the situation, which was more challenging than they expected. The crew leader said "we have some thinking to do."  Think they did, and then they acted. Within a couple of hours, both trees were taken care of, all brush removed, the logs left for us for firewood as we had requested.  We live in the woods and often do our own work, but these trees endangered our home.  I was very glad that we had pros with pro equipment for this job.

Everything went great.  They were able to give me an estimate the same day I called them.  Price was lower than I was expecting.

A winter storm caused a large tree to fall on our house.  Even though they could not get the tree off that day, someone came out to determine if it was stable or not.  They also gave us an estimate.  The estimate was higher than two other companies that came out, but we had dealt with Romer Bros before.  We knew they had the experience and equipment to get the job done safely, with no further damage to the roof/house.  Two trucks showed up first thing in the morning.  The workers were friendly and professional, and got to work immediately.  The job took about 2 hours, as it was a large tree and they were trying to get it off the roof without any more damage.  A manager (owner?) drove by to check on the work towards the end.  He told me they would just bill the insr directly, no payment from us would be required.  Their office called a little bit later to get the insr fax and claim number.  Everyone was easy to work with, friendly and professional.  Our policy will not completely cover their price (it would have on the other bids), but we felt it was worth the extra cost to deal with Romer Brothers.

We had them out regularly and they cut down trees quite a few times.  We had to pay a little more to have the stump removed.  We spent about $450 to remove it and haul everything off and it was a big tree.  We have always been satisfied with the price and the quality of work has been great.  They were here on time and their professionalism was great.
