They were on time and easy to contract. However, I was told the carpet would dry in 4-5 hours. It actually took 24 hrs with five fans blowing on it. There were also little chunks of some kind of plastic or rubber left scattered about on carpet and floor where the hose was dragged. And, the dog smell was still there, which was the biggest reason for the cleaning. They may do fine o windows, don't know. But I would never hire them for carpet cleaning ever again.
