Great. Better than expected.

After accepting their very fair proposal and mailing it, they called me the day they got my signed acceptance and asked if they could come out the next day. He said they would arrive at 6 a.m. They did! They tore off the old roof and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job and were very conscientious. Everyone I asked recommended them and now I will also recommend. They were very professional and left no messes whatsoever. Would definitely use them again!

They did a great job. The garage was very steep but the managed. My aunt has used them and I would recommend them to anyone.

That was October. They came late and the owner never showed up. He sent a crew and they rushed it, in and out. Rain was coming and the next day the roof was leaking. I had to call them in. I went up there to the roof and there was some nails exposed. Pieces of asphalt were scattered all over the yard and they hid some of it in the backyard and I am still picking up some. There was some vent areas that were not sealed down. I grade them an 'F' overall. It's kind of disappointing It seems that they take on more business than they can handle.I was home all day and they never showed up. After the rain I called them and they came and put some cement in it and fixed it up. He showed me how to spray some fluid in there and let it dry. I did it myself because I did not want him to send some one to do it. His response was pretty good. They started cutting corners and not cleaning the place. The gutter was full of stuff. There were three or four of them there, it seemed one of them was slacking off. The roof material clogged everything. He was not there to tell them what to do.

John and his crew showed up on time and wasted no time getting started. They were finished on time. We came home to a completely cleaned up yard. Would definitely use Muehlebach Roofing again and recommend to every in Decatur.

They provided an estimate for damages to the roof and siding, that we
suffered during a recent tornado, returned and made the repairs the same
day. They were very professional, polite and finished the job in great
time. Very happy with their performance.

John does an excellent job.  This was the second time I have used his company for roofing.  About five years ago he installed a new roof on my own home and did a a great job there as well.  John is always on the worksite with his boys.  He has great communication and maintains a clean worksite.  The finished roof looks great and really enhanced the building. I highly recommend him to others.
