It was great. I have had subsequent services, I had ordered some stuff and there were no problems with that. I have never owned a septic tank but when we bought the house that is what it came with.  It is a family-owned business and so he basically told me and explained everything to me, so I felt pretty okay with them taking care of my septic tank from here on, then. I know a thing or two about septic system and I would not hesitate for them to take care of my stuff here. They were pretty quick, very easy to talk to, our next-door neighbor kind of deal. I don’t remember the price because it has been a while but if it wasn’t reasonable, I would probably remember it.

This went fine. They cleaned the tank. We have had them out 2 or 3 times.

They were prompt, explained every step, worked hard and finished the job in 2 days.  Neat clean up and excellent followup. They were very professional and honest!

I called Kelley's early in the morning and the receptionist said someone would be out before noon. She called a few hours later and said Tim would be there in a few minutes.  Tim showed up, was polite, and got right to work.  He surveyed the problem and cleaned the drain, but was not convinced that had solved the problem.  He checked the sump pump and found it to not be working.  The sump pump pit was filled with water and lint and was overflowing when we used the clothes washer.  My husband was at work, but Tim called and talked to him explaining the problem completely.  He said Kelley's does not replace sump pumps, but he offered to clean the water and the lint out of the pit so it would not overflow until we were able to get a plumber out to replace the pump.  He completed all the work within an hour and explained everything thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, quaility of work, and timeliness of this company.  The cost was reasonable and I felt Tim was honest with us. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
