I CALL THAT DAY FOR DELIVERY THEY HAD MANY OF SUGGESTION OF WHAT TO ORDER DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE SO HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS, ALWAYS LIKE TO ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLORISTS AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1916 THE OLDEST FLORISTS IN DECATUR, THEY WERE JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH AND FOR SURE I WILL AGAIN AND AGAIN

First of all the flowers were beautiful, the prettiest ones there. However, an incorrect card was on the flowers, indicating they were from only the person who paid for them instead of the group they were representing. Several members of the group had already been to the visitation and didnt' know the flowers were sent from their group. When we brought this to the florists attention, we got nothing but attitude from them. They were rude, said this has never happened before. They said I was "being stupid" and they were going to tell their Florist's Association and they were all "going to laugh at me". I guess a simple, "I'm sorry" would have helped a lot. Instead I was ridiculed and called stupid. For them to tell me they were going to laugh at me at their meeting was so humiliating. And all while we are grieving the loss of our good friend.
