Roofing, Home Inspection
I thought he was very thorough. We had one problem but it wasn?t really his fault. When he did the inspection, we asked him if he saw any termite damage and he did not but he saw some bugs on a piece of wood. The owners had the house treated for termites but there weren?t actually any termites. Also, the inspector checked the roof and said there were no problems but we would need a new roof eventually. Later, the insurance agent said they would not insure the house because of the roof but, four years later, it still isn?t leaky. The inspection report was very complete and he covered everything. He was pretty quick coming out but he didn?t call ahead to the man that was staying here. I don?t know if that was his fault or the real estate agent?s fault.

This is not a quality service. They neglected the real problem with our roof. They did not make the necessary repair. We had to find someone else to help us out with the repair.
