problems with quality of flooring material immediately after install

Within just a few days after installation, had problems with "dents" and "grooves" from normal furniture usage on the new kitchen and dining room floors. Deaton's agreed there was a problem after seeing the floor, but refused to replace the bad sections of flooring after initially saying that they would. Metroflor (flooring manufacturer) did not stand behind their defective product either. Also, final cost was several hundred dollars over original estimate.
