Christian's Tree Service

He asked for cash on a saturday afternoon, I gave him $400.00 cash and a check for $100.00. He promptly did the trees but said that a family member would arrive the next day with the stump grinder. That person never showed up and i called christian about it twice. He gave me a number to call. I was then told that the stump grinder was "broken" but they would come back. Its been a month and noone has returned my calls or shown up. The last time i called his number the guy on the phone said he was the "foreman" and would tell Christian I had called. I was never called and left with a stump in the yard that I will have to get removed myself. I will never use them again. By the way, they cashed the $100.00 check first thing monday morning and the first thing the family member asked me when i asked about the stump grinder was "did you already pay him?" Obviously I got taken.

The company deliver the wood on Monday. My brother was there at mom's at the time. The company's owner himself delivered the wood. The wood was not cut like he told mom that it would be and they did not stack it for her either. The wood was so big that my brother could not pick them up on his own and other ones that was the same size and was so light that you had not problem picking them up. The guy raised his voice to my brother and did not give my mom a receit. The wood was rotted and the guy himself told my brother that it was light which he knew it was bad wood. To top it all off the doubled the price of the wood. If my mom knew how bad the wood was she would has told the guy to load it bad up and take it back with him. My husband had to go out and help chop and stack the wood that was usable the rest is worthless. My mom said she will never use this company again.
