Absolutely one of the top customer service experiences we have had. Courteous, informative, honest, effective, and worth every penny of a far more reasonable price than I expected. Wade came out and walked around the house with us, pointing out where the squirrels were most likely entering. He sealed one hole and left the other open where he set a trap. Within two days he had caught both squirrels and we have not had a problem since. He sealed the holes with galvanized metal and provided recommendations to ensure they would not attempt other entries. Wade spoke to my wife and I as if we were adults, not idiots, and he was respectful and courteous to our children as well. On top of all of that, he answered his phone every time we called no matter what day of the week. I am 56 years old and spent 30 years in the Army. We have moved 24 times and this was absolutely one of the very best service providers we have worked with. That's saying a great deal as we have worked with at least 100 different providers over the course of those moves. There is a reason he is the top rated service provider and his cost is the same or lower as those below him. It is a shame that every experience is not like this.
