We were shown several houses.  Understood our needs and found a house that we wanted.  Helped with the offer and followed through until the closing occured.  Has been helpful after the closing with contractors and other advice.

An agent from the office called me to ask if I would be interested in a house she knew about that was not going to be listed because the seller could not afford the full 7% commision. I looked at it, we talked for about two months, then I made an offer. My offer was accepted, and the agent did the rest of the work! It was a great expierience.
