I called in the morning and they said they would be a right away. He was at my house in an hour or so. Went right to work and within an hour or so and both repaired and the area neat and clean. I was surprised I was able to get a plumber to come on the same day I called. I had people coming from out of town for the weekend so he saved the day!!

He was only here for about 15 minutes and it was $111. I think this is an outrageous price. They are very expensive. They did a shotty job. I had to turn the water off to my house last night or the water would have kept running. The faucets were reversed.

Always punctual and always does a great job! We have used Kerby's many times and will continue to use them.

They were GREAT! Since we were new to the area, we consulted Angie's List and called several area plumbers about the work we needed done. Very few responded, and most of those who did were out of our price range. However, Bob Kerby Plumbing [ 3615 Circle Drive, Decatur, IL, (217) 429-1842] came to our rescue with a price we could afford. Jay and Travis arrived at 8 AM sharp on Friday, Aug 24th, and worked diligently and professionally until the job was finished. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely qualified. They finished in early afternoon and cleaned up their mess before they left. They were wonderful! We would recommend them without hesitation. Job well done, Kerby Plumbing!! Thank you!
