Great! The serviceman was professional in all aspects. A leaking washer could be so many things but he asked the right questions, enabling him to quickly identify the problem & fix it. He had the needed replacement part, showed me the damaged one, & explained what had occurred. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would also like to mention that the woman who answered the phone, set up the appointment, & gave me a courtesy call beforehand was very nice as well. I will definitely use this business again.

He came to service our fridge that had stopped working. He was upfront and honest, told us to save repair cost because we would probably be replacing within a couple of weeks. It was not work repairing. He was very courteous and nice.

They arrived on time and it took them a minute or less to determine the problem and fix the lid switch. They also quickly determined the hose valves were stripped. They diagnosed and repaired it all in an hour or less. They were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend.

Bob was a super nice guy. All I needed was a new fan. It was certainly cheaper than buying a new dryer. Would call again.

He does excellent work. He does not over charge and his prices are fair. He has a lot of experience in kitchen appliances. He is Johnny on-the-spot and always gets us back and running very quickly. We really like his services. He cleans up well and leaves nothing behind.

The repairman came promptly, and was friendly and courteous. He said both my appliances were irreparable, but recommended several places to find a good quality replacements (Menard's and Lowe's), and told me how much I should spend. He charged only $15.00, and was at my house for about 20 minutes.

It was just a service call and I didn’t have to spend much. He was very knowledgeable and very good. I didn’t dislike anything about him.

He only charged for the service call because the washer was just out of balance. They’ve always done a good job. That was two years ago and my washer is still running well so he must have done it right. He was very honest and he knew what he was doing.
