The installation crew were very professional and courteous of our home. There was a slight miscommunication between the person who gave us an estimate and the installers, but that was remedied quickly and at no additional expense to us. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We are very VERY happy with our new unit and will be loyal to Air King and American Standard! ?Also of note is that a week before our scheduled install, our outdoor A/C condenser malfunctioned. I half jokingly emailed Steve and asked if they could move our install date up a few days. He sent someone (Nick) out the same day and replaced the capacitor to give us working A/C until our install. They said they would just take the new part back when they were there for install. Exceptional customer service!

They replaced the motherboard in my furnace. They are very courteous and confident.

Their tech, Jerry, was very curtious. Diagnosed the problem in the first few minutes and had it repaired and cleaned within 15 minutes. He cleaned and put away everything he had moved out of the way to work. I was very impressed with all my contacts at this company. It was the first time I had used them.

I would give them A+ on all categories. I called them that I need a furnace and I got one on the same day. There is nothing that I dislike about them.

They knew what they were doing and made recommendations other than just the air conditioning. They were able to eliminate hot/cold spots in certain rooms. I was very happy with them and I will use them again.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently.  All components work well, and service personnel were courteous and helpful with the operation of the system.  After the service technicians left, we found some pvc glue that had been dribbled on our new washing machine.  That required cleanup with a harsh solvent and finishing with wax.  However, we did not contact the contractor on this matter.

Our unit needed an odd sized fan that had to be ordered. It was ordered but was damaged during the shipping. Got another one out....took about one week all together but he got it in as fast as he possibly could. Was very professional about this whole thing. Have had them do work for me before at my old house. Would definitely hire them again.

The technicians arrived on time as promised.  They removed all the old A/C and furnace equipment and installed the new in a short amount of time.  The new furnace was high efficiency, so it had to be vented outside through the wall rather than using the combined flue with the hot water heater.  Due to the design of our house, it took them a little while longer to figure out how to accomplish this and by the end of the day they had completed the installation with the exception of an outside elbow which they said they would come back the next day to finish.  As I was doing a final walkthrough with the installation technicians I asked about cleaning the replacement filter as the brochure mentioned the furnace came with a permanent cleanable filter. The tech said that we didn't have that and that there was nothing on the work order to have him install it.  I let it go at the time, thinking that maybe I had confused it with another model that we had an estimate done on.  But it kept me thinking and I eventually looked at the model numbers on the furnace and A/C and found that the furnace model number did not match the model number on our invoice.  I immediately called Air King and notified them of the problem.  This was after hours and I had contacted the sales manager on his cell phone. He told me that he would look into it the next morning when he got into the office.  Next morning, the installation techs showed up with the correct model furnace and installed the correct furnace.  Lots of apologies from the tech who explained that he had pulled the wrong model from the warehouse.  The fix was completed in less than two hours, again with lots of apologies.  The lesson I learned with this install is to trust but verify. The model number was about 15 characters long and only one number was different, but it made a big difference in what we had contracted to have installed.  Air King was very prompt, did good quality work, but a mistake like this may not have been caught by very many people and that concerns me somewhat.

After he completed the tune-up he stated that he would need to add  some freon, after he did that, a valve in the coolant line busted and now it won't hold coolant.  He said that once this happens, the whole unit would need replaced.  It is a fairly old Air Conditioner, but it had worked up until I had the service done by this company. He did show up on time and did show up on a Sunday, and was professional, however, I'm disappointed that my unit was left in this condition.

The technician was very prompt , knowledgeable and courteous. He did the job in an efficient and timely manner and was very upfront with the cost estimate. All in all I found it a very satisfactory experience and was well pleased with the job performance in every respect

Their prices were competitive and I think that they are very honest with what they say. I do like the quality of their work. Their prices are the best.

I called them to do a 'checkup' on my central air unit before summer.  They came out on time, checked the A/C.  The technician did not find any problems and cleaned the unit.  I had no problems all summer.  This was my first experience with Air King.  I will probably call them again.

They were crazy cheap. They gave me a really good deal. I have only had them here once and haven’t called them back because they fixed it right at the start. I highly recommend them. My overall experience with them has been good.

From deciding on needs, budget and alternates Available the process was excellent. No hard Selling at all. All rebates available enabled To afford upgrades we wanted but would not otherwise have been able to afford. First Class attitudes all the way. Scheduling and installation were seamless and instruction on operations was excellent. Follow up was refreshing. Well worth the money spent.

Their price was a little high for me. If I had a problem, they came out to fix it without charging me.

I rate them high overall for both the times.  When I put my furnace in there was only one contractor who even came close to the price they quoted.  Their sales staff was extremely helpful, cooperative, and prompt.  The people who did the installation were very competent.  I did not have any trouble with the installation they did.  The furnace that was brought was actually damaged and they packed it back and got another furnace in an hour or two.  They removed the old equipment without any trouble or expense.  This work was done when the temperature was below 0 and the work conditions were tough.  They did a fantastic job.  They installed an America Standard furnace which is rated as the best in the country.  They were there to answer my questions when I had any questions.  They were very responsive.  They finished the work within the time frame they gave me.  I thought they were very professional.  They told me how to operate the furnace.  I will use them again in the future.

Overall, the experience has been good. The technicians are prompt, and their products are good. I’ve been happy with their services.
