Paul was great. very informative and took the time to Explain everything even if we didn't have questions about it. Paul took 3.5 hours and went through every nook and cranny in the home.. Finding many things that would have cost a lot of headaches and funds in the future had we purchased the house. His cost of $250.00 was a great rate. i must say that based on Paul's inspection we were able to move on from the property comfortably knowing that it would be to overwhelming in repairs and renovations. i would encourage anyone buying a home in Paul's service area to give him the chance to take a look at it before you purchase and read his report. WORTH EVERY PENNY...

Purchased a HUD home with no condition report. So of course I had to have the home inspected before going through with the purchase contract. Paul from Sharp Renovations provided ALL the information I needed to feel at ease buying this home. This is my fifth home purchase and Sharp Renovations has provided the best inspection yet. Punctual, professional, very thorough. Didn't rush any aspect of the inspection. Paul was very patient and knowledgeable with my inquiries. Quite a laundry list of items needing repair, but that's why I needed a real pro! Great job by Sharp Renovations!

He was very prompt and had already started before I arrived at the property. He was very thorough in showing me what looked good and recommendations on what he found. He was very informative and knew what he was doing. After he completed the outside walk through, he inspected everything on the inside of the house. After he was done, he rattled off the major concerns which there wasn't really much, and then the minors. He followed up with me that night in an email of a full 33 page inspection report which included photos.

Paul did the gut rehab of our kitchen. Basically rebuilt our kitchen from the ground up. Paul did the demolition, all new plumping, electrical, installed new walls, floor, cabinets, all appliances, back splash.
