They did a very good job of washing and cleaning windows. I paid them in full, asked them a couple times for an invoice, didn't receive it. Otherwise, the work and the price was fine.

Job went very well. Installer was on time and did work as he outlined. Only problem was that he left his "work box" at home which contained his receipts and the lifetime warranty. Installer said he would mail that day but, when it didn't arrive after 1-week, I called him and he said he would mail. When it didn't arrive in another week, I went to the Window Ginie web site and contacted the home office. It took a couple of calls to the Operations Director but I finally obtained the receipt and warranty after 5 weeks.

Great! They came even during their busy schedule and specially did work me at an unscheduled time when I was in a bind. Extremely professional, high-quality work, and reasonable prices. Showed up for all appointments on time, before and during the installation. Highly recommended!

RICH DID THE ESTIMATE, THE SALES PRESENTATION (PRODUCT INFO), AND THE INSTALLATION. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, PROMPT, AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY.
