Tom McShane first came out to the house to do a free consultation of the area in question. He was great at giving suggestions and ideas of things we could do in the room...he even suggested the larger size tile that we ultimately ended up going with.
He scheduled the job within in very reasonable time frame and was on time each day. Most important to me he was pleasant to be around and took great pride in his work. At the end of each day you wouldn't even know he was there...everything was cleaned up and put away (as much as possible).
In addition to installing the tile, Tom was very meticulous at putting all trim pieces back as original and when necessary, made new pieces. Many installers will do the minimum and what I liked so much about Tom is that he went over and above such as in the case of putting my washer and dryer back in place - before doing so he went and purchased new dryer vents and duct work that I wouldn't even have thought of.
The installation was completed in the time frame originally quoted and was 100% complete!!!!!!!!!
I have referred Tom to many friends and family who have also been happy. In addition, Tom has been back to my home several times for jobs both large and small...all done to my complete satisfaction.
