Irv was very nice and knowledgeable, he was on time, and proceeded to figure out exactly what was wrong. Within the hour he had fixed the unit when another a/c repair company was trying to sell me a brand new unit for a lot more! I saved a lot of money and my a/c unit has been working perfectly ever since. I definitely recommend them. Tectonics has no interest in making you pay more for something you don't need. RECOMMENDED!!! A+
