Josh did a solid job in finishing off open space on our deck where it had been connected to a pool deck. He also cut and laid some interior trim in a bathroom and pantry. And, as a late add, he threw in for free cutting and installing a piece of wood to replace a bad board on the deck. He was responsive and easy to work with in general.

Josh was punctual,and thorough in his work. He offered design suggestions which we implemented during construction and they have subsequently enhanced installations appearance. The stand for the aquarium is extremely sturdy as it holds nearly a 900 lb load. Josh could have taken short cuts on the stand but did not and as a result of his superior work we have a beautiful and sturdy aquarium setup. There were several visits required to complete the job, again each Josh was on time as promised. In the one instance of schedule conflict he called and rescheduled the appointment. Josh's pricing was competitive and when compared to the work provided very reasonable.
Responsive,thorough with high quality provide as well as competitive pricing, what more could one ask of a contractor?
I would definitely use again should I have a job in his area of expertise.

Out of all of the contractors we used for our first floor remodel, Josh was the only one who was on time and responsive every single time. If he was going to be there at 8:30, he was there. If we called him, he called or texted right back. His work was impeccable and if we asked him to add on an additional task, he complied. He provided good suggestions, had a friendly attitude, and was a pleasure to work with.

Josh was always on time and considerate of the mess he made. He worked all day and we never had to question where he was or what he was doing. If he had to a run to the store, it was communicated. His work ethic is amazing, as it showed when the project was completed earlier than expected. Can't say enough about Josh's work and the overall experience of working with him.

Josh came over for our initial consultation and to take a look at my bathroom. He got back to me with my quote within a few days. I had several other quotes and although he was not the least expensive he was definitely the one I trusted the most. Once I gave him the go-ahead he started working by the next week. The whole process was pretty seamless. He gave me notice when particular finishes needed to be picked out and gave me some guidance with which particular vendors to work with; he also came with me to a few places when I was having a hard time making a decision. He kept me posted every few days as to his progress and what steps were coming next; I really liked knowing the status

Everything went great. Josh came by our house one night after work and we walked him through the doors that we wanted installed. A couple of days later he purchased the doors and dropped them off at our house. The following day Josh was able to frame and install the exterior entry door and two interior doors. He was even able to repair our existing bi-fold doors rather than buy new ones, and it saved us a good amount of money. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the work he did, and we plan to use him for more work in the future.

Josh gave a quick and accurate estimate. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I have no complaints. Went better than I could have imagined.
