We had leakage problems after they roofed the family room which had a chimney. Leakage at the base around the chimney. They sent a man to fix it. That didn't work and it happened again. I paid for two interior room repairs. No help from Rooftech as to service rendered. They said the issue was the top of the chimney.

Eight years ago, John and RioofTech did a complete tear off and new roof replacement. Recently, I experienced some problems with one area on the upper roof deck. John and his foreman came and reviewed the problem, and a week later his crew showed up to complete repairs. Not only was the area that needed work repaired, but all areas that might have experienced future problems also repaired. The true worth of a craftsman is not only in the quality of the work they perform, but also in how they address any problems that arise. John Gorgol and his crew went above and beyond what was anticipated.

I had an excellent experience with Rooftech Systems and John Gorgol, the president. I got a very quick response to my initial call, and John explained everything and showed samples of all materials that would be used. He gave me written booklets describing the various choices of in detail. Within a couple of days, he gave me a very detailed proposal that outlined everything that would be done and the specific materials to be used. The job was scheduled at my convenience, and the house roof and chimney removal was done in one day. The garage roof and siding was finished in two days. The workers were professional and efficient, and clean-up was exceptional. John was very responsive, and answered any concerns that I had very quickly. The roofs and garage look great, and it just rained today - no more leaking. He showed me photos of his crew taking the classes that they are required to complete every year in order to be fully informed about their latest products and how to properly install them. He visited the job while in process. He got us a terrific guy to do the siding/soffit/fascia on the garage, and every detail of it is perfect. We will be using this company again for the roof on another house. I can’t say enough good things about their work. And it was reasonably priced. Call me a very happy customer!

The whole experience was great. Owner is very responsive and very knowledgeable about what he does. The workers were clean, hard workers, that worked until the job was done and at a high quality. Very satisfied.

Roof Tech's worked stopped the leaking. I had previously replaced my gutter and downspouts, thinking that may be the cause of the leak and this would be cheaper than the roofing work. But the new gutters and downspouts did not stop the leak.

Allpro did a good Job. They Replace my Roof, Siding and gutters after a pretty violent storm. Highly Recommend them.

Had them repair a hole in roof shingle created by brilliant ATT Uverse  installers. John was very prompt in getting us an estimate which we needed to submit to the claims folks at ATT. Work was done quickly (within a week), very happy with overall experience. We would use them again when for roofing needs.

They came out quickly and sent an estimate in the mail. I mailed in the 50% deposit. About a month later they showed up to work. Weather was the stated cause for the delay but 2 phone calls were required. They did the job in two stages (cleaning first and several days later the repairs). Without me getting up on the roof myself, it appears as they did a good job. For the amount of time required and men on the job, I would say the price was very fair.

Had a problem with the fascia over the front porch. It was lifted up when the porch roof was installed, and the workers left before I went outside to inspect the work. I called Rooftech about this problem and they sent out their worker to replace the fascia and resolved this problem. Also had to wait for some fascia on side of roof above garage to be color matched. When this piece came in, it was properly installed. Overall, the roof looks great.

The estimate was preformed by John the owner and I received a quote via email a few days later, the quote was in the ball park with all the other quotes I received and some of his solutions for problems where better suited to our needs than other providers. This is mainly why we decided to use them. things took some time from there. I was also having some windows done by someone else the project was put on hold for a couple weeks. when things were set to go we applied for permits and that took some time, no fault of Johns, our town is sort of a pain in the but. However it would have been nice if he had taken care of all this while we were in a holding pattern rather than waiting. anyway we scheduled a date and the crew came and did a great job, the plan was to complete the job in 1 day however they didn't finish and small part of the project was pushed to the next day. This is when things got a bit annoying, I was told they would be back the next morning to finish, no call, no show. then the next morning, no call no show. Meanwhile there are nails and asphalt everywhere  since they hadn't finished the clean up. so I called and got the whole "truck broke down, be there when we can" thing, which is annoying when you are paying this much for a job. Anyway, they got to it the next day and did a great job finishing and cleaning up. If I was to give any advice to the crew at rooftech it would just be to keep a more open line of communication with your clients. the job they did was great, but the communication and timeline of the project left a bit to be desired. Like any company there are always things they can do better, but would I use them again, absolutely. they did a great job and our new roof looks great.

I researched many roofing companys and ended up contacting a total of five contractors who submitted bids. Rooftech's price was not the cheapest and I would say came in average among higher tier contractors. I ended up choosing Rooftech as they provided the best selection and quality of materials, the best warranty, and the owner was very easy to work with as we discussed various elements of the installation and techniques.
Their actual work performance was excellent. They showed up on time and worked a very long day to get the house protected before they left. They finished up on the next day. Each day they did a great job in cleaning up. Once the job was complete, I had a short punchlist of follow-up items and Rooftech took care of all of them in a couple of days.

When they finally started after a couple of rain delays they were finished in aday and a half.
They protected everything when working on the house and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

They did okay work as far as I knew, but the shingles they used were substandard, and basically, I had to have my roof redone this year. The materials they used were poor, and I had to have them replaced. I would not grade them well because I had to redo the work; their work didn’t last. The price was good at that time; it is not relevant now. I recently contacted them about the replacement work, and I got very little response. Their punctuality was fine at that time. I was happy with the work when I got it done because I thought it was going to be good work. I will not be using them in the future.

The crew of four did an professional and clean job. Everything was done in one day with no surprises or delays. An excellent experience overall. Their price was a bit higher than other estimates, but well worth the small premium.

I had a few places on the roof where the shingle had been blown off by recent storms that caused the roof to leak in some of the areas. I left a message with 3 places and Rooftech called back within a few hours.  I originally thought that I might need a new roof but after they came out and inspected the job I was told a new roof was not need at this time and that they could repair the necessary areas and gave me a quote the same day. I agreed to the quote and the did the work the next day.

They did an excellent job on the repair and we have had some severe rain storms several times since they repaired the roof and I have not had any leaks.

I was not present when the work was done.  I only saw the results.

We had an ice dam. John Gorgol came out and cleared the gutter of ice. He inspected the roof and tarred several potential leaks. He suggested that we use heat tape in the gutters. That's what we have done. John was very professional and extremely helpful without charging us a dime. We will definitly be calling John when it's time for a new roof.

Everything was excellent. John was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. One portion of my roof is very non-standard and of all the proposals I received, I felt John's was the best approach and the best value. He was very flexible and accommodating if minor adjustments were needed.

The interaction was great - they were very professional, thorough and timely. They were in and out in one day. The job turned out very well and it was a very fair price.

John originally came out to assess the house's overall ventilation. He quickly pointed out holes in the roof shingles and soft spots on the roof. He futher inspected the interior attic space and found 2 very rotted areas of roof decking which had been leaking. None of this was caught by the home inspector when we purchased the home just 2 months earlier. Following a big rain storm we did get leaking in the master bedroom from one of the locations John pointed out. John alsonoted that the shingle used was a defective shield as stated by the manufacturer. We contracted with Rooftech shortly after the assessment by John. He thoroughly walked through the entire contract and options available. He provided what I believe to be honest recommendations for some of the options. The work was performed quickly (weather permitting) and to complete satisfaction. The crew came out tore off the old roof and replaced everything as necessary. The crew leader Joe communicated well with me during the project. I would definitely recommend Rooftech Systems.
