It went well. He was prompt, courteous, and did a good job, considering little people had been pounding on it for several years. Now in tune.

We have had our piano tuned twice in the last few years by Mr. Otto (The Piano Doctor). He has been prompt, courteous, and has done a good job on the piano. His price is very fair and reasonable as well.
