After we finally hooked up via phone and scheduled the repair, the technician was professional, quick and thorough.  He did a great job.  We set a time for the repair for noon and due to their morning service calls, they were delayed for a few hours - understandable.  It'd be great if they had someone ring you up and let you know.  In their bill, they charged me a trip charge of $15 which I could not understand since I live right around the corner from Darien although the overall total bill was very fair for the amount of work done.

I've used them twice. They are very responsive, very professional, took care of the problems quickly and are relatively inexpensive. I would definitely use them again.
