Pantke Construction and Remodeling

It was excellent. He was on time. He was a hard worker. He was no nonsense.

In the master bath we had the shower wall built a little higher, the top of the wall is pen, never finished. Also the Jacuzzi tub was damaged. They filled the whole and left it, never told us. The one time I did talk to Dave he blamed it on his assistant and said he had to order a kit and then come out and repair it. I never heard from him again. We have been trying to contact Dave for a year now with no response. He did change his phone number and we even tried and left messages on the new number.

Dave did an AMAZING job & we are very pleased with the end result. He was trustworthy, courteous, hard-working, patient & very professional. We receive many compliments on our new bathroom & highly recommend Pantke Construction to anyone looking to get any remodeling or work done on their home.

We would highly recommend Pantke Construction to anyone.  Dave, as the contractor, and his assistant Mike, did all the work, no sub-contracting, except for the actual granite cutting which was done very well by Limestone Innovations.  Dave was very patient with us as we went through the selection process for cabinets, granite and back splash.  He offered ideas and even took us to view cabinets being installed at another job for our reference.  Dave and Mike cleaned up both the house and garage neatly every day of construction, and, at the end of the project did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the job.
They were very detailed in working with the original construction which in many cases was not level, and were able to seamlessly incorporate trim which hid the original defects in workmanship.  Very important is the cost, and with their network of suppliers provide a quality product at a reasonable price.  In addition, his requests for progress payments was very reasonable and timed to certain events.  
In short, Pantke Construction did a great job for us we we recommend them as a contractor.

Dave is the best contractor I've ever encountered. He's talented beyond his years and will always be at the top of my list. We worked together in the design and once I aquired the parts made the bathroom look fantastic.

Dave Pantke estimated it would take 3 weeks. It actually took a little more than 3 weeks and a day and a half.Contractor had a systematic way of staging furniture and rooms so as not to be too intrusive to us. The professionalism, craftsmanship,  and attention to detail by the workers was excellent. Our garage was used for the contractor's saws and when they were finished, I think my garage floor was cleaner than when they started. We are obviously pleased with the results, as our house looks very nice and updated..

Dave and his partner Mike did an excellent job with the remodeling of our kitchen. Pantke Construction is a small company that provided outstanding work throughout the project. Dave was easy to work with through all phases of the project and was especially helpful during the planning stage. Dave is the sole proprietor and was present throughout the job. Each workday started on time, was thoroughly planned and the work area was cleaned at the end of the day. Dave has performed a complet overhaul of our 30+ year old home and we are very satisfied with the upgrades and modernization of our home. We will enjoy the finished whole house makeover for many years to come. We highly recommend Pantke Construction and are planning to use them on another project in the near future.

Pantke Construction has remodeled 2 rooms for me but he will be doing several more in the future. His work is outstanding and his costs are fair. Dave is knowledgeable, professional and surprising neat considering I did a complete remodel from bathtub to door knobs. I knew I wanted decorative tile in the shower and he did a great job designing it. He suggested using floor tile for a baseboard and I love it. Don't hesitate to call Pantke Construction. You'll be glad you did.

So....we first met Dave 20+ years ago when he watched over our kids and cut our grass during vacations. Great job then...Great job now!!! Fast forward to circa Summer 2012.....we decided to give our home a complete and much needed tune-up. We knew Dave was in the construction business, we received several positive recommendations from folks in the community and decided that if we could trust him with our kids, we could trust him with our project.
We contacted Dave to discuss the project and found that he was very much in tune with our vision. Dave also added several suggestions for improving the plan and he had a great eye for colors. We kept expenses within budget by adding new paint throughout, but only replaced items when necessary (ie bathroom fixtures, lights, old paneling). All work and purchase of materials was documented in a detailed estimate that did not exceed the budgeted costs. A few items were added to the project as it proceeded. These items (installation of whole house fan, replacement of drywall due to roof leak, etc) were added at our request and were very reasonably priced.
The remodeling included a complete paint job, replacement of old panelling with drywall, a complete tear down of both bathrooms and remodeling to include everything from electrical fixtures to installation of granite, installation of drywall/green board, installation of glass block windows, installation of tile, installation of vinyl flooring and special attention to every little detail. Dave also worked well with other contractors that were performing a replacement roof during the same time period.
Pantke Construction and Remodeling is a small company that works on a project to project basis. This means that Dave and his employee (Mike...who is also outstanding) devoted almost all of their time to our project. On a few occasions, they took an afternoon off to follow up on other projects. These breaks were minimal and we were notified in advance of any changes to the work schedule. All work was completed within budget and the estimated time period.
In closing, we were thrilled with the work performed by Dave and Mike and would recommend their services. In our case, Dave performed services which included demolition, drywalling, plumbing, painting, flooring, installation of electrical fixtures and extensive tile work. Pantke Construction and Remodeling provided a one stop solution to our remodeling project.

Contractor arrived on a Monday A.M. and completed the work 9 days later. Contractor provided all paint and other materials except the 3 ceiling fans which I purchased separately. Contractor finished the work as described in his contract estimate in a very clean and timely manner.
