They had previously installed the furnace and A/C, and installed new duct work to add returns to make it more efficient and did the periodic preventive maintenance to make sure it works efficiently.  They always explained what they were doing and were very professional every time I dealt with them.

We had another plumbing situation six months later with a different company and mentioned the sump pump. The company said it was purchased locally and valued at about $45. They also made us pay $300 an hour for the three men that installed it. The other company said it shouldn't have cost more than $385 total including labor, and we paid a significantly larger amount for installation. George and Son tried to justify their price by saying they had to pay for insurance for the workers. We've done business with this company in the last 10 years including air conditioning and furnace. The furnace they installed has to be cleaned once every two months, and it costs $70 every time it has to be cleaned. We're now at a point where we're reluctant to call them back for cleaning because we feel taken advantage of.

Overall experience was terrific.  Got what I expected and paid for in a timely manner with an explanation of the work that needed to be done and the charges.

They were good and decent price. They did exactly what they promised and the owner himself was there on the premises when they were doing the installation and making sure it was all okay. They showed up on time when they said they would and everything went fine. I shopped for the furnace and the rest was done by them. I will use them in future.

I have pre-paid for the full year. The amount includes the fall and summer check-ups. I love them. They carry out a season check-up. They last came out at the beginning of this summer. I didn?t need any parts or anything, so we paid in advance for the check-up. They are honest, professional, and know their equipment. They troubleshoot well too. I have had other service people that were just awful. They take the time to figure out what we need and how to make it work. My family room did not have an intake vent. When I had the room addition done the other company went and put a line in my upstairs bathroom through the attic. George fixed it and put the heat vents and intake vents where they belonged. He put the heat vent in the bathroom where it belonged. George is the owner. I think George Jr. is now running the company. They are just great. I would never use anybody else but George.

We were having problems with mice in our house and he came to the house to find where the mice were coming from and how they were getting into our house. This man knows everything about HVAC.

They replaced a valve, were prompt and courteous on the phone and completed the job in a timely fashion. No complaints and would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
