So far we have been happy with them, and they have done a good job. They are always on time. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. They show up when they say they will.

Dorothea had never worked for Domestique before. She did just an OK (not great) job. She arrived late. Her boss was not happy with her and they had a long argument in Polish, which I do not understand. I paid the boss.
The bad part of the story is this: That same day, mid afternoon, Dorothea came back alone and explained that the boss had not paid her for services rendered. She handed me her own business card business card offering the same service for less and left.
I called the boss to relate the story and let her know that she should find another cleaning lady for the following week. She hadn't called back a week later so I canceled the service altogether.

The person that comes out is great. She is very efficient and does good work. They are usually really good about showing up when they are supposed to. If they are running late, they call.
