The check engine light on my car kept coming on and then goign off on its own. When it finally stayed on for a couple of weeks I brought the car in fror repair. Chucks couldn't find a problem - but didn't charge me for diagnostics. They reset the light and told me to come back if it happened again. After it happened again, I brought it back and they still couldn't find anything wrong - told me to take it to a dealer. Again didn't charge me. Not sure what to say about quality of their work since they didn't actually do anything. We have used them in the past with other repair that didn't require diagnostics and were generally happy.

They couldn't find any problem with my car and it took them two days to do that. They seemed totally uninterested in my car. But they were very nice. They weren't nasty.

My BMW was due for a brake fluid flush and change. The estimate from the BMW dealer was 145 dollars. Chuck's estimate was 45 dollars. So I took a chance and decided to have it done at Chucks. The work was completed on time and there were no extra charges. I am very happy that I went to Chuck's.

I was surprised that there were no reviews for this excellent car car business. Have been taking our cars to this place for 28 years and have always been happy with the work and price. The hours for service are limited (Monday through Friday) but well worth the time and effort to have service done at this business. My 1998 Buick Century is still running strong with over 139,000 miles and many original parts. Had trouble with one of my fuel injectors previously and it would have been easy for a repair place to tell me I needed to replace it. I had the fuel injector lines cleaned here twice two years ago and never had the problem again ( I also switched to only using a better grade of gas as they suggested).
