Have received the Complaint Free Award by the BBB every year since we started in 2008. We are also a liscense EPA renovator for being Lead safe. We employee our own craftsman that are relaible, clean, friendly and take great pride in there work. We offer in home consulation and design to receive your free estimate. Cabinets showroom in New Lenox. We use Tri-Star Cabinets built here in New Lenox Illinois. With plenty of happy customers we can supply you with reffernces or site visits to jobs already completed.

Very disappointed in how unprofessional he treated me. After reading Joe's reviews I thought he looked like a good fit. He had no bad reviews and when we interviewed him when we tried to speak he would look away as if he wasn't interested in what we had to say. He did most of the talking. We didn't pick up on it right away that the communication would start lacking. He recommended a big ticket item for me to purchase that we found out would not fit and I spent the money on it along with everything that he told me to purchase now for the remodel the end of this month. Then he informs me they don't pick up anything for you from the big stores, YOU have to pay to have your items delivered. Wasn't mentioned in the estimate along with other things. Surprise. So with the poor communication continuing I was getting frustrated trying to get clear answers, receiving no design advice and he wasted 2 months of our time, he was supposed to show up today with his plumber really early and we couldn't make that time and sent numerous emails, left a voice mail message asking if not today, when will you be coming. He now sends me an email today to look for another contractor. When I asked him why, he said "I don't take on jobs when I'm not comfortable with the homeowner. So I rather move on then have issues later on". Wow! I am so grateful that things happen for a reason. I feel so much better being able to move on from working with this guy.
