He was on time. He was also very courteous and professional. The job was completed under the estimated price.

As I stated above, when the service person tells you how to save time and money on a repair job, that is TOPS in my opinion.  Plus, the phone communication is unprecedented.  I went to the place that RH+ sent me, luckily found the right part, purchased it (about $24, I am sure another plumber would have gotten it themselves and at least doubled the price).  Then I called RH+ and they installed it first thing the next day.   I remember, several years ago (before I found RH), another plumber told me that my sink faucet would have to be replaced, could not be fixed, and that the cost of a new faucet would be $500 !!!  So, I went to Lowe's, purchased the exact replacement as the original one for about $150.  That's when I found RH+, and they installed it.

They're very prompt, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He's the only plumber I would ever call. I'm glad I found him, I have had some really bad experiences with others in the past. I would say the price was fair.
