They used high quality materials. Probably two or three people came out. One of the owners came out and bought the laminate floor. They were just local so we thought we would check them out. We've asked them to come back out and check a couple of little nicks on the laminate. I've called them twice and today will the third time. I think they were reasonable for what we got.
