Overall, very good experience; would refer to anyone.

He worked with his men. When the owner left, it was only for materials or food/beverage for the workers. They worked from the back so nails and debris wouldn't land on my driveway. Most of the guys that work with him have been working with him for at least 4 years. The owner was here everyday. He made sure his workers weren't loafing. If the workers didn't do something right, he would tell them the way he wants them to do it.

Didn't put up plastic shielding beforehand, said he forgot. Showed up late, never showed up some days, left trash around the yard. Had girlfriend drive him (in a junky truck)& she hung around every day (no license?). His cell phone never worked, the main # was his elderly parents who never knew anything. The 1st day he said he had 2 more days on another job. I said no problem but this went on for 10 days! I told him I needed it done soon, (he said OK), but sometimes didn't show up the days he said he would. The gutters were just hanging on not secured to the house at all, one had no end spout at all. He worked for a week on the basement & only 1/5th got done. I fired him because he didn't do it according to the prescribed list I gave him so the mold would not travel. Finally I fired him after giving him $650 for the gutters & a deposit of $1250 for the basement. The next man I hired finished it in 2 days & only charged me $350! Brian would not refund the difference & his mom cursed me out for "firing him when he was almost done!" He got $1250 for a half a days work!! A neighbor checked his license # & he is working under someone elses number!
