They did a very very good job, the roll-in shower is very easy to use, very convenient and a lot safer to use. Dennis is very knowledgeable of his craft.

We were not happy with our experience.  The worker would work for 1/2 - 1 hr, and then leave to pick up more supplies and be gone from 1 hr.+.  He left numerous times.  He left us without a sink, etc. over a holiday weekend and then ended up telling us there was no way for me to have a garbage disposal due to existing plumbing.

They are good. They have been very prompt and professional. I have had no problems with their work.

He visited shortly after the leaking pipe was found . We discussed taking the pipes from the outside wall and re-attaching them to the outside of the inside wall to prevent their freezing on extreme temperature days. He Capped the supply and drains for the builder to complete the wall. He returned and using copper pipe with crimp-on connections he formed a series of pipes that were as long as they needed to be but provided good, solid connections for the sink, washer and 'fridge.

Our 2nd story tub was leaking into our ceiling. We called Ken Long for an estimate, he was very prompt. We did give him a call back to get his estimate. I can only assume that this is not usual for Ken since he was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. He called prior to arrival each day to ensure we would be available. We had originally planned on buying the tub, shower walls, and fixtures at Lowes, however he encouraged us to go to the plumbing supply store he uses. This saved us nearly $100 on the tub, but he suggested to go to Lowes for the fixtures since they were less expensive. He was very upfront with us. The work he did was very professional and done quickly. Just when we thought he was done, he said he'd be back to make sure everything was perfect and to fix some spots on the drywall he didn't like, that we couldn't even tell needed a little extra work. Even if you have to call to get the estimate from Ken Long...do it. I would trust not only with my plumbing, but with my family.
