Bid job via email based on size. Sent written contract to protect themselves. Up charged for extra prep before starting job. Extra preparation work was performed at very low quality. Problems with stain of concrete due to other construction work yet to be completed. Seal seemed to be not properly sealed. Very poor followup of our concerns and little attempts to help us fix problems. Some remediation work performed. final floor finish acceptable after we spent more money for proper sealer that we applied ourselves.
