Clean Line Sewer, Septic & Plumbing

The kitchen sink clogged on Saturday. After calling a plumber we called Clean Line based on his recommendation. Bill stated would be there by 11:00 showing up by 11:15 after calling. He and his assistant were very pleasant and professional. The work was completed quickly and the area was cleaned up.

They came on time and snaked out my drain. Since my sewer line goes way out in my yard they had to add two lines to the first line to reach the clog. Excellent job, very professional. They also gave me tips to keep my sewer cleaned out from the roots. I am very happy with there service and will call them again if needed. Thank you very much.

They were very reasonable. The guys who came out were very friendly. Those guys were so helpful to us because we had a backup in our basement and they came back late at night cleaned everything and didn't charge us for the cleaning. The last time their equipment was here in case we had any further problem for a couple of days until they were cleared out. They were really all round very super.

I have used Clean Line multiple times over the past 20 years and they have always been great. This most recent time though was exceptional. They came out and couldn't get trough the clog in the sewer. He called a competitor to come out and didn't charge me a dime for almost a full hour worth of work. FYI his competitor did get the job dome and was prompt and efficient. I will still call Clean Line 1st but if he can't do it I know I won't have to pay for a failure.

We did price it against other sewer people and the price was very reasonable. It was excellent, it was a really serious problem and they went above and beyond what they needed to do. They really did a great job. They even came back and left a pump we could use when we are having this problem. They were just really great.
