Only issue was Don ran late due to a family issue. He called me to let me know and we were able to meet about an hour later than scheduled. We had a especially wet day which helped Don identify a number of water related issues with the property. Overall he spent about 4 hours going through the 3500sqft house from top to bottom. He quickly turned around(24hrs) a 50+ page report which went through in great detail all the issues with the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home who wants to know the status of the property.
