They do very well. They're very good. I like them a lot. They're very efficient. They do a nice job. I have dogs and they kind of "depoop" my yard too. They are a little more expensive than a previously used company but I like their service better.

They cut the grass okay. Neat-wise they are alright. The owner is not available to talk to. If I want some bushes to be trimmed, I have to call and they have to send somebody out. Sometimes they come, sometimes they don't.

You are correct, if additional services are needed, our customers are asked to make that arrangement through our office personnel, as the lawn maintenance crews have their set schedules/routes for the day and are asked not to perform additional services to those on their daily agenda.
